The salt air awaits you 10 minutes from the beach, 7 minutes from the historic district. Enjoy this tastefully renovated pool home with 4 bedrooms where you can stay near the action. Our upscale amenities include a full chef's kitchen, fast WiFi, a washer/dryer, A/C & heat with outdoor living options such as a gated pool, BBQ grill, and patio dining. Sleeping arrangements include 1 king, 2 queen, 1 double-twin bunk bed, and 1 sofa bed (in the living room).

House also has an attached one-bedroom apartment that can be rented together (sister listing) ~ Fab Pool~which can host an additional 3 guest for a total accommodation of 12 with a total of 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Pool and backyard are shared with sister listing guest, but fenced separately.

The information is collected for screening and verification only and is not stored or used for any other purposes.

By making a reservation, you acknowledge that you may be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID prior to check-in. You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have successfully completed verification steps in our guest portal.

HOUSE RULES:

➢GUESTS WHO WILL BOOK SHOULD BE 25 YEARS OLD AND ABOVE. IN CASE WE DISCOVER THAT YOU ARE BELOW THE AGE REQUIREMENT, WE HAVE THE RIGHT TO TERMINATE THE RESERVATION.
➢This listing is pet-friendly-Due to cat allergies, please refrain from bringing cats.
➢ ALL hours are quiet hours, please be respectful of neighbors
➢ *No parties, events, or gatherings allowed*
➢Strictly no smoking inside the property! Penalty: $3000
➢Cars on the street will be towed at guest expense.
➢ After 4 guests, we charge $15 per person, per night.
➢ If there are any undisclosed guests,we can terminate the reservation right away without a refund for violating our house rules, and there will be a $500 fine per undisclosed person.
➢ Communicate problems at check-in or upon discovery to give the host a chance to remedy
➢ Host, maintenance staff, cleaning staff, owner, or another designee may come to the home as the need arises. Notice will be given if possible.
➢ Cameras if present, are placed for the exterior of the property only. Refer to your booking to confirm if cameras are present.
➢If a grill is an amenity at this listing, we do not maintain them and we recommend cleaning the grill before and after each use.
➢ If you open it, close it; if you borrow it, return it; if you turn it on, turn it off; if you break it, fix it; if you use it, take care of it; if you make a mess, clean it up; if you move it, put it back; if you smoke it, smoke it outside; if you drink it, drink it inside... cleaning fees are for the preparation of your stay and do not cover deep cleans due to improper checkouts...

PET FEES & RULES:

➢ Please advise if you have pets. This listing is pet-friendly. However, due to cat allergies, we only allow dogs.
We charge a pet fee of:
$25/per day per pet that you bring with you. This reduces to...

$300/month per pet for longer-term guests.

➢ Pets are not allowed on the furniture, on the beds, or in the pool.
Pet poop should be picked up, no poop should be left in the property.
When left alone should be crated.

ADDITIONAL FEES MAY OCCUR IF THERE ARE ANY DAMAGES BY THE PET.
➢ *Undisclosed pets will result in a $500 charge.*
➢ Additional fee may occur if excessive shedding/pet fur is left after departure.
➢ Bully breeds are not allowed, multiple pets require prior approval
➢ Dogs over 25 lbs will require extra verification and approval

➢POOL RULES. Before booking, please read our pool policy in full:
The heated pool is set to approximately 82° when the outside temperature is above 70°, freezing temperatures may prevent the equipment from working properly.
Note that weather conditions or individual preference may make the water feel cooler.
The pool heater and pump operate on a preset timer (not continuously) following the recommendations of our pool maintenance company.
DO NOT tamper with any pool or area equipment settings. Message us if you need assistance. Should we need to call a technician to repair or service the pool equipment due to evidence of tampering or misuse, a $500 fine will be charged to cover the service costs.
For your safety, please exit the pool immediately during lightning, thunder, or heavy rain.
Children must be supervised by an adult at all times while in or around the pool area. There is no lifeguard on duty.
No diving or running on the pool deck.
Pets are not allowed in the pool.
Use plastic-only cups/containers in the pool area. Absolutely no glass is allowed near the pool deck to prevent dangerous shards.
Shower before entering the pool. Sunscreen, oils, and makeup can quickly clog filters and cloud the water.
Observe quiet hours (after 10 PM) in the pool area to respect neighbors.

GROUNDSKEEPING
Please be aware that we regularly maintain the grounds and utilities of this property, and though we make every effort to provide advance notice, service times often vary; this may include noise disturbances such as lawn mowing, irrigation, and pool/spa maintenance (if present at this property).

Important note: Guests are required to respond to host questions within 48 hours of booking, or the booking may be subject to cancellation.
