Gorgeous 7,500 sq. ft. tri-level PANORAMIC RIVER VIEW HOME LOCATED ON RIVER CANAL AT RIVER ENTRANCE WITH PRIVATE DOCK! 4 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, plus 10 dorm style beds on lower level game room floor.
17 BEDS, SLEEPS 25, 4 big screen Smart TV's, 90 foot private dock. Wake board boats need to check the water level to prevent damage. GAME ROOM boasts a new pool table, air hockey table, foosball table and gym area.

Please note: after 10 guests, there is and additional charge of $50 per person per night.

The lowest game room floor has 9 beds and is cooled by leaving the stairway door open so AC from the upstairs comes in and using fans there to circulate the air. The rest of the rooms in the house have a thermostat with direct strong, cool AC. No shower amenities, beach towels, floats or beach chairs are provided, guests must bring their own.

Very Roomy Comfortable House

The house was very accommodating for a large group. Overall the house was clean and comfortable. There was a slight issue with keeping the downstairs basement room cool enough, but the host graciously turned the whole ac down which helped. The boat dock was accessible, which made boating easy. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and we would recommend this house to large groups of 10 or more. Thanks for memories.

The photos do not do this gorgeous home justice. It is gorgeous and really great for a large group. We had zero issues! I read some previous comments about the game room being too hot. We DID NOT have this problem. Following the host’s instructions, everything was cool and comfortable even though it was over 110 outside during the day. The main floor was awesome to hang out in. Great dining table. Nice bar area removed from the kitchen. They have everything you need to cook and tons of fridge space. The game room was like a fancy dorm room. Everything worked and the beds were comfortable. So much space!!! I look forward to booking this home again. Thank you!

PERFECT LOCATION! BEAUTIFUL HOME!

We really enjoyed our stay here—lots of room for everyone. The game room was the perfect space for all the kids to play after spending the day on the river. The dock was easy to maneuver in and out of the river. The home was clean and inviting. Two refrigerators made it easy to stock up on drinks and food for a large family. The balcony could use some cleaning as there were a lot of spider webs on the railing. The owner was easy to reach with any questions or concerns. We will be booking this home again, and looking forward to making more family memories here.

Misleading description of River House

The property itself was fine and the house was quite large and in decent condition. The issue is that 50% of the bedrooms were in a basement that had no air conditioning. Nowhere in the description of the house did it say that and of course in Parker Arizona in the summertime the weather is in excess of 117. This of course makes 50% of the sleeping area available absolutelymiserable! I never would have rented this house had I known that. It is my belief that the owner was deliberately deceptive as she knew we had a group of 17 people.

Convenient but very expensive and restrictive

This home is beautiful and has a great location in the keys. The sleeping situation is odd as the basement is set up like a dorm room. It’s a large home and accommodated our large group. AC is controlled and much of the house was hot and we couldn’t get the majority of the ceiling fans to work. Parking is extremely limited and there are lots of additional fees associated with being able to fully utilize the house. For example, even though it can accommodate a large group there are additional fees for if you use over a certain number of beds per bed. We liked the private dock which was convenient. Be sure to follow the instructions in the binder to a T because there are additional fees if you don’t. After being accused of damaging property and then later being told it was not us I will from now on moving forward always take before and after videos of any vacation rentals. I had mixed emotions about our stay, it was incredibly expensive with lots of restrictions, but it was a beautiful and convenient home and location.
