Before we even entered the condo, Gary was very communicative. He checked in often to make sure we were having the best time possible, and if we had any concerns he was on top of it! The space is comfortable and very homey, providing all the necessary amenities we needed for the week. The private beach access with the easily accessible chairs was also our favorite making our vacation enjoyable and less stressful. Would highly recommend to anyone!

It's important to me that every guest that has chosen my condo for their vacation have what they need to enjoy their stay, and that includes open communication. Open communication allows my guests to alert me when something isn't quite right so I can get it rectified during their stay, not when they travel home. Let's face it "things" happen, so by checking in it allows me to make sure all is going as my guests had planned. Thank you for taking the time to write a review and hope to have you back again soon! Gary’s place was fantastic! Very clean and appreciated the all the small details that were thought out with this unit. The beds were so comfortable, the shower pressure and temperature were amazing, and we loved having ceiling fans! We will definitely be returning. Thank you!!!

It was everything I could have hoped for. Great communication, Gary was with me all the way. Perfect check in instructions, had several messages before and after my stay and seems to be a genuine guy. Great location, convenient parking space and the set up of the condo was great. Never heard a sound from my neighbors, probably the best stocked kitchen I have rented. Beach set up was great and easy. Can’t say enough good things about our stay.

Perfect Vacay for Family!

This unit is exactly as advertised. The location was easy to access the beach, public transportation and an easy walk to coffee shops, markets, and ice cream parlors. We will definitely be looking to book this same unit in future trips to Siesta Key.
