This property went BEYOND our expectations and it is even more beautiful in person. It was clean, modern, spacious and tastefully decorated and designed. The community was quiet and the staff was super friendly. Our host, Jason was very accommodating when we had a slight mishap and so we truly appreciated his patience with us. We will definitely return there for our next girls getaway!

Pyramid point highly Recommended

The premises was exactly as advertised, home from home. The property is very well maintained and very clean, and tidy no dust spotless. The manager Jason is also very patient and polite and went out of his way in order for are stay to be possible. I was able to contact Jason day or night due to the time difference. I would definetly recommend this property. Its a gated community and the security guards and residents are all very nice

Jamaica NEVER disappoints

Loved the property, location and the neighborhood; only issue I had was there was no extra towels, hand towels, wash clothes or sheets to change out. Besides that the entire experience was amazing. This was my first experience with this type of rental, but definitely not the last……no more resorts for me. Thank you for the experience!!!!

The fridge did not work. I called Jason and he sent two men over within 24 hours after they left the fridge went out. I purchased our food to prepare and had to toss them our after 5 days as the had spoiled. We booked for twelve days and ran out of clean towels on day six. I called Jason but never got clean towels. The Television was not programmed to watch anything. We needed a code to watch Netflix but it only lasted for one day. We bought 27000.00 Jamaican dollars worth of groceries which most of it spoiled due the fridge not working. We eventually told Jason we were extremely uncomfortable and disappointed and that we had to leave and find other accommodation. We left on Monday February 16 th and had to pay another US 400.00 for another hotel the Courtleigh in Kingston. We feel cheated and robbed. We are extremely upset as we work hard to save for our vacation and ended up so poorly treated.
