This beautifully decorated and fully appointed beach house allows you to enjoy sunrise views over the ocean and beautiful sunsets over the intracoastal from one of the four decks surrounding the home. A community pool shared with only a handful of neighbors is steps away, as well as a charming dock for fishing, kayak access, or just taking in the surroundings. Enjoy a fully renovated lower level, including a new tiki bar, 70" television, pool table, patio, porch swing and space for corn hole or tossing a football!
The Ocean Isle Beach Town Center Park is within biking distance and features a splash pad, playground, bocce ball court and open green space. Wonderful restaurants on and off the island won't disappoint!
