We had a wonderful and relaxing weekend at the Terrapin Hideaway Pond Slider. The perfect place to unwind in a private and tranquil setting listening to the surrounding babbling brook and waterfall. This cabin was an absolute gem. Tucked away in a remote area, it felt incredibly private and peaceful, with a beautiful pond just outside that made the whole setting feel like a retreat from the world. The studio layout is simple but perfect, and the huge windows are the star of the show—you can sit inside and watch wildlife while taking in the stunning scenery. One of my favorite features was the lovely manmade water feature. Water flows from behind the house and gently spills into the pond, creating the most soothing sound. There’s a window right next to the bed that you can leave slightly open at night, and falling asleep to the sound of the water was pure magic. If you’re looking for quiet, privacy, and a place to truly relax and connect with nature, this cabin is absolutely perfect.

We stayed in the Pond Slider Studio Cabin and it was just perfect! The landscape and pond were beautiful and so relaxing. We loved sitting outside doing fires and feeding the fish. I recommend staying here.

This is a small cabin perfect for 2 for a small get away. The landscaping is beautiful and you can't look out a window without seeing tranquil beauty. The owners are very quick to respond to answer questions and help with your needs. The patio umbrella was broken upon arrival and they replaced it the next morning. The cabin is very clean and provides everything you need. We enjoyed out stay.
