Unit 1801

Our unit was amazing. It was beautifully decorated with plenty of ocean views. Everything was perfect for our family get away. We had ages from 1year to 63 years and everyone had a great time. We plan to stay here again. The hosts were also great and very responsive to our questions and requests for info. We highly recommend this property!

We loved the lazy river and the view of it along with its adjoining slide is beautiful from the balcony. However there is construction of a sister building going up immediately beside the building. There is construction noise in the am and then some parts roped off. The inside pool is great but we didn't think it was heated because the water was so cold. I realize that with a hot tub, some people like a cold pool to jump into, but I personally like an indoor pool to be somewhat heated. After being on the property for a couple of days, a sign gets posted stating height restrictions for the slide. To be honest, I am a grown adult and I barely met the bar. The outside pool is open until 11 which I like. However, the water to the slide cut off at 8:30. Even the folks who worked there didn't understand why the water was cut off. Having shopping buggies to unload one's belongings from a vehicle was a joke. The parking deck (which is covered and great) is on a slope. The buggies tried to escape. It would also be nice if there were a sign that stated where the buggies can be found. When I asked for a cart, the two ladies at the front desk burst out laughing and said try looking on the 5th and 7th floors. I will say the unit I stayed in was beautiful. We did have issues with breakers blowing from the jacuzzi bath, the balcony outlet and then there was the ceiling fan that was from NASA.
