What a lovely home! It far exceeded our expectations for our annual family reunion. The host has provided everything you can need and more. The king beds in most of the rooms were especially appreciated. We highly recommend this rental for anyone looking to relax and enjoy the beach and the town of St Augustine. Don't hesitate to book!

We were thoroughly impressed and pleased with the house and amenities. Jessica provides so many extras for her guests and was very responsive and helpful when we communicated with her. Everything was extremely clean. The house had everything we could have possibly needed. We highly recommend it!

The house was beautiful, clean, and equipped with everything one could think of. Communication with the host was stellar. The only thing was the pool wasn’t marked properly. It said 3 feet and was about 4.5. Other than that, it exceeded all expectations!!!! I would love to go back!!!

Wonderful home to vacation with family and friends

Fantastic home with something for everyone. Clean, well appointed and comfortable. The location is close to everything St Augustine and Jax Beach has to offer for every whim. A very quiet neighborhood enhances a true relaxing stay.Our host Jess was an extraordinary communicator and knowledgeable of all things vacation and special accommodation for our group.

Phenomenal Stay

The place is exactly as described. It's away from the main road that you feel secluded, but close enough that you can walk to the beach. The house is extremely well supplied and the hosts are responsive and helpful. This place was great and we would definitely stay there again! Thanks so much!

Amazing Home!

We are so pleased with the home, its amenities, and the host. There was nothing more we could have asked for. An easy walk to the ocean and to Caps on the Water! Would recommend this to anyone needing room for a large group!

Great spot for a family vacation!

Great spot for a family vacation! Vilano Beach is a hidden gem near St Augustine and the house was perfect for our family vacation! We had babies and older grandparents so having rooms on the ground floor was great! And the back yard’s putting green was awesome for letting the little ones crawl around. The games in the garage were a big hit with the teenagers as well! Definitely would recommend and would stay again!

Perfect for our whole family!

We had a wonderful experience staying here. Jess is very responsive and great to work with. The house was such a nice space for the entire family of all ages. We really enjoyed the pool, cool outdoor space with a putting green, yard games, market lights, and hot tub. The game-room was filled with fun activities for the kids and we even held a family Olympics tournament. The beach is a short walk, and so nice! It wasn’t crowded at all. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

Everything was as advertised and Jessica was a great host.

This an absolute stunning property. Everything about the home and property is first class. For both adults and children (young teens in my case). The amount and quality of information that Jessica supplies is incredible. Also, she has some great restaurant recommendations. However, Cap's on the River was our favorite, with a great atmosphere, and within walking distance. The only downside is that the grands hardly left the property to enjoy St. Augustine and the beach. Thank you, Jessica.

Family trip with adult children and grand children

The property was spotless, very comfortable with tons to do at the house, pool and hot tub as well as in the Vilano Beach/St. Augustine area. Our family of 11 ranged in age from 18 months to 71 yrs old. A much needed family gathering of my children and grand children. There was plenty of space for everyone and something to do for everyone. It was very difficult for all of us to leave when our vacation was over. We plan on returning next year to do it all over again, maybe adding in a few things we missed. Our hosts Jessica and Aaron were amazing and very willing to help with any of our needs or questions. This was definitely a trip my entire family will remember with cherished memories made.

Perfect from beginning to end

This property was breathtaking from the moment we entered. There was plenty of space for our large group of 13. The property owner thought of everything, including things we didn’t know we would need. We even arrived to a sweet care package which further personalized the experience. The game room in the garage was so much fun - everyone especially enjoyed beating each other’s high scores on pinball. The shed was fully stocked with anything we could need for the beach. The hot tub was spacious and very nice. We were just a short walk from both the river and the beach. The Serenata Beach Club was amazing. Any minor issues we had were resolved quickly. Truly, I can’t say enough positive things about this property.

Family vacation

This was a lovely home with everything you need suppplied for you. We enjoyed having our kids and grandkids and we stayed for a week and it was a very luxurious experience. The backyard has a very nice hot tub and seating area with a putting green the kids and big kids enjoyed. There all kinds of games to play. We fixed all our meals in the very well equipped kitchen. Each bathroom has everything you need with very nice bathroom items. We would love to go back one day. The owner is just awesome to work with and when she says she supplies everything she really does. Beautiful home in a nice quiet and walkable neighborhood. The River is on one side and the beach on the other and we can definitely recommend the Seranta Club which is right down the road. Oh and the games in the garage are awesome too. You will definitely love this as your vacation home.

We had a wonderful time. Home was excellent for the family. Everyone slept comfortable. We celebrate my Daughter 19 birthday and my mother in law 90. 1990. Definitely looking forward to come back.
