Just steps from Crescent Lake, this modern, lake-view studio offers the perfect home base for four seasons of fun. In the winter months, you’ll be just under four miles from the Wolfeboro Abenaki Ski Area, and in the warm months, you’ll have your pick of hiking trails, golf courses, water sports on the lake, state parks, and natural areas. The shops, restaurants, and amenities of Wolfeboro are a little less than two miles away.

Inside the studio, you’ll find an open, light-filled space with high, pine-paneled ceilings. Start each day with a simple breakfast courtesy of the kitchenette, which includes a microwave, mini-fridge, and small dishwasher, then grab a bite at the bistro table before heading out.

Spend the day exploring on two wheels via the provided bike and nearby rail trail, then relax in the shared hot tub when you return. Enjoy the shared back yard with a campfire or some disc golf. After dinner, snuggle up on the sofa while you watch a bit of TV, or use the free high-speed WiFi and desk area to catch up on any remote work. Even better, unplug entirely with a cookout on the gas grill and a marshmallow-roasting session around the firepit outside, with firewood thoughtfully provided. If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The nightly fee ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.
This rental is located on floor 2.

Dock details: The dock is 20 feet. No boats over 18 feet. No ropes or equipment provided Great for swimming and sunning; there is a picnic table and lounge chairs.
