About this property

Caretaker's Studio Apartment on the back of the Main House with a separate entrance. Enter on the first floor into a small living room with two chairs and Bathroom, climb 12 stairs up to kitchen/bedroom. The kitchen includes a sink, cabinets for storage, stove/oven combo and refrigerator open to the bedroom which includes a Double Bed is under the Elevated Loft with a Single Bed that is suitable for a child. The space is private and fully sound insulated. Guests can enjoy all of the common area amenities as well as a small patio with outdoor seating in the peak season. The bathroom is a European style bath where the entire room becomes the shower (shower over the toilet). Please see pictures for more detail. We are pet friendly with a $50 per pet cleaning fee and our only limitation is a strict no aggression policy.

Wendy and Melissa are from the area and have always loved spending time at Lake Winnipesaukee. We believe in providing the kind of experience we would expect as guests. We are a pet friendly property because we believe all of the family members should be welcome.

Why they chose this property

While we purchased the property in 2021, it has been welcoming guests since 1938. We fell in love with this property the first time we visited. It reminded us of the kind of place our huge family would like to stay at. It is not far from our summer home and we look forward to embracing traditions while offering modern amenities.

What makes this property unique

We provide Keurig Duo coffee makers at all of our properties and pods/coffee to get you started. The kitchen includes basic spices, air fryer, and cooking tools. We like to provide a home away from home.
