Cottage 10 - Stand Alone, 1 Bedroom/1 Bath, with a King Bed and Loft (suitable for a child). There is a loft with two twins accessible by ladder upon request at no charge. The Cottage features 1 Bathroom with a shower. There is a private courtyard complete with Adirondack chairs, a charcoal grill (charcoal provided) and a picnic table. This unit sleeps a max of 2 Adults. We are a pet friendly property. A $50 per pet cleaning fee applies and we have a strict no aggression policy.

A welcome stay with our dog

We thoroughly enjoyed this visit. Our cabin was small yet cozy! Place was clean, bed comfy, and AC worked terrific. Shower was exceptional too. Full service kitchen and outdoor grill and seating will make us come back.

Wonderful and very welcoming stay in a clean bedroom and a well-organized kitchen for four nights.

Wendy and Melissa are from the area and have always loved spending time at Lake Winnipesaukee. We believe in providing the kind of experience we would expect as guests. We are a pet friendly property because we have four dogs of our own and rescue hospice seniors. We have a huge family and that gives us an advantage hosting large groups.

Why they chose this property

We fell in love with this property the first time we visited. It reminded us of the kind of place our huge family would like to stay at. It is not far from our summer home and we look forward to embracing traditions while offering modern amenities.

We provide the following amenities free of charge for our guests: charcoal, two gas grills in common, firewood for the firepits, coffee starter packs, linens, paper goods, kayaks, bicycles, board games, basic spices, and basic toiletries.
