The Caverns Weekend

This rental is highly recommended! Peaceful and super clean. You have access to all the hiking trails and it’s only a 15 min drive to the caverns and you don’t have to hit any major highways.

Clean, well designed home in the mountains. Perfect for families or a few friends. Kitchen was well stocked. Absolutely loved the decor. Very welcoming and relaxing. I will plan another trip soon here to enjoy some hiking trails that we didn’t have time to do and the fire pit when it is cooler. Great home!!

Property was very nice. The porch seat cushions did need washing. But we enjoyed our stay and enjoyed the area. High Point was a delightful meal.

Amazing days in the nature

The place is amazing. Perfect for families spend some quality time together. Nicely clean, cozy, comfortable. It's worth spending some time at the waterfall in the retreat. The trail is challenging, but when you reach the waterfall, it's very beautiful. We had amazing days in Tennessee

Just a Perfect Place to Stay!

Blue Ridge Retreat is very nicely furnished and decorated, and was very clean. The beds are a dream to sleep in! And we loved the fact that walking trail access is just 20-30 steps away. We also loved seeing the goats on the other side of the property fence. Would definitely recommend this home, and we plan to come back often!!!

Lovely weekend

We were visiting for the graduation ceremony for my son from Sewanee University of the South. The house was perfect we were able to come and get comfortable and got to enjoy the fireplace outside. This was my 3rd time visiting the properties. But 1st time for some family members, totally took them by surprise with the comfort and relaxation. Since he graduated don’t really need to visit the area but if we do this will be our go to spot

House was clean and had a great layout for four our multi-generational family. Great kitchen. Screened porch is really nice. The property is convenient to Sewanee. Beds were comfy. Not sure how to add with the layout, but would like a TV in the bedrooms.

We arrived to find some of the breakers tripped, and the thermostat was at 52 degrees! We contacted the number and they had maintenance there within 15 minutes, all resolved. We are planning our next visit. Loved everything about it

Great family weekend getaway

We really enjoyed our stay at Deer Lick Falls Retreat! We had family stay in cabin next door so that was a plus! The house was clean and accommodating for two adult couples and 4 children with two double beds in the loft. The kitchen had the basics, I was glad I brought a large sheet pan for baking some desserts. The bathrooms were well supplied and the beds were comfortable. The only down side is the loft gets a little warm, a floor fan for sleeping would help a lot. We enjoyed sitting in the screened in porch and hiking the nearby trails. The falls at Deer Lick falls was beautiful and refreshing. The trail was challenging at the end just before getting to the falls but 3 generations were able to navigate and help one another down and then up again. We also enjoyed the nearby fiery gizzard day loop and our grandchildren loved jumping into Blue Hole falls swimming hole. It’s a great area for hiking and outdoor fun. We would definitely stay here again!
