This place was absolutely perfect. The little touches like drinks in the fridge, wine, the little Christmas tree, the music playing when you walk in, etc…
The place was beautiful and would definitely recommend it to everyone. Thanks for a great stay!
This place was wonderful! Everything thing was perfect for my husband and I!! The wine waiting for us was icing on the cake!! Can’t wait to come back and visit!!
Very quiet and beautiful. Quiet and beautiful nature and wildlife. Dogs loved traveling with us. And pine mountain town was wonderful! Ate at Fox pizza den and Kats cupcakes and treats!
This cabin is located in beautiful Georgia country!! It was a perfect place to visit our son who is awaiting his duty assignment. The owners and their staff were amazing in communication and promptness! We hope someday to return my husband even said this might win out over Tybee Island another of our favorites.
Ashley and I were celebrating our 10 year anniversary. We arrived to a message from the host wishing us a Happy Anniversary! The cabin was very clean and cozy! Thank you for helping us celebrate our anniversary Candi!
Close to town. Hosts were very responsive and hospitable. Very cute inside. Didn’t realize they cabin was a triplex (so it shared a wall with other occupants) when we book but honestly not much of a problem just didn’t see that when booking.
Justin was amazing! He accommodated our changing plans, gave us area information ahead of schedule and was easily available for questions. The cabin was perfect size, with everything to be comfortable. Great access to hiking trails. Only downside, a bit dark interior and the doors between the cabins where not sound proof/light proof.
Everything was clean and the owner was very helpful when we had a change in the dates for our stay. Dave the handyman was very helpful when we needed help with the television.
Loved the place...sofa bed was horrible...couldn't sleep on it..coffee table leg broken..no big deal..just letting you know..and no hot water in bath sink...may have just been turned off...but I didn't want to try and fix it and cause another issue...still...enjoyed our stay
It was a great weekend. The cabin was a good size and the hosts started us off with wine, juice and a couple of cans of bud light. The cabinets were stocked with all of the seasonings you might need. The only thing I did not like is no Wi-fi. However, there was a phone on the cabin and we were not isolated.
When we first walked inside it was heavenly. We were in love at first sight. The cabin is cozy and clean. We will be back again. Our families enjoyed the Bear & Wolf cabin as we were vacationing together. Initially we rented the Bear cabin for 7 of us, but our daugter wanted to come too. VRBO showed the Wolf Cabin as unavailable, but after contacting the host, they said the cabin was available. The host made contact with VRBO and the problem was solved. This vacation was filled with many memory making moments. Highly recommend!
We knew we picked the right place from the moment we walked in. The Christmas decorations really made it special. We appreciated the drinks in the fridge after a long drive. Only critique we had was about the pull out couch. The mattress has seen better days. My 11 and 4 yr olds were supposed to share but due to the edges being rolled up, it kept forcing them to the middle. We ended up having to put one in the recliner. Other than that, we thoroughly enjoyed the cabin.
We chose the place because of its convenience to Callaway Gardens, which is only about 12 minutes away, but it is definitely worth a visit for other reasons as well. The area is beautiful, and the cabin is on a hillside looking down into a wonderful forest. The cabin is immaculately clean and very comfortable, and the owner made us feel at home with a bottle of wine waiting for us when we got there. The only sour note -- which the owner has no control over -- is that the people renting the next unit in this three-unit cabin were playing loud music which was not deadened much by the double door between the units. Fortunately they stopped the music by around 11:30 p.m., and we were staying up late so it didn't bother our sleeping, but it was annoying. That is what can happen when your cabin is part of a three-plex rather than off on its own. But otherwise the stay couldn't have been better.
