PROS:The beds were comfortable.AC was ice cold.Water pressure was good.Location was great.Covered parking and easy access to building.Easy beach accessUpdated appliances that work great!Well appointed with lots of beach accessories!CONS:Restricted beach view from lanai. We couldn’t see north side of the beach.

Pool was long walk from condo but we were there for the beach. Beach view was good but I felt closed in because the properties had screens around the balcony area. The balcony could have used better furniture for viewing, such as high top chairs.

It was wonderful! The only thing I would suggest (and apologies if we missed it in the info) but getting an umbrella comes with a daily cost of 20/day. Not a big deal, and the place was FANTASTIC! SUNNYSIDE PROPERTIES was great to work with!! 100pct satisfied!
