~~~ Coastal Contemporary with the WOW effect - as a local resident, I personally oversee the cleaning and maintenance each Saturday, assuring you will be welcomed to a clean, well maintained and completely equipped vacation home. You deserve exceptional quality accommodations for your long awaited vacation and my southern hospitality is just waiting to greet you.

~~~ The decor is upscale with colors that are soothing to the senses and coastal contemporary in design. From the 6th floor private balcony, the view of the sugar white beach and blue gulf water is unobstructed to the east and west. The perfect place for a romantic dinner or just relaxing and listening to the sounds of the surf.

~~~ Beautiful ceramic tile flooring greets you at the door and flows on to the balcony. The bedroom has stylish vinyl plank flooring and shutters cover the double windows for that ultra beach effect. Custom made bedding is coordinated to flow with the contemporary design.

~~~ The living area is spacious and very comfortable including a sofa and recliner. The glass topped dining set, entertainment center and lighting are the perfect compliment to the room.

~~~ Free WIFI.

~~~ Beach chairs and umbrella rentals available on our beach March 1-October 31

A Great Place to Stay!

We were very happy with our stay, and plan to return every year. The condo was immaculate, the bed was comfortable, and there is 2 bunk beds for the kiddos. Beautiful ocean view. Also, it’s located in a less busy area. The host is the best, and made sure that we were happy during our stay.

Why they chose this property

Gulf Shores has always had a special place in my heart and when I first saw Seacrest I knew this was the building for me. I love the location along the beach...quiet and not crowded like the large highrises. The view from the 6th floor level is my favorite..not too low and not too high...it's just right!

What makes this property unique

The most unique benefit of renting this condo is the fact that I am personally at the condo every Saturday along with my housekeepers, ensuring that it is as clean and tidy as I would like to find a place I had rented.
