This home is a 2 minute flat walk to a public beach access at the end of Eagles Nest Drive (not shown on google maps). Enjoy your favorite beverage under the covered patio around a gas firepit or up in the trees on one of the 3 porches. This is a wonderful pet-friendly abode that comes complete with an enclosed yard for your furry friends to run around! Take a dip in the private swimming pool that can be heated for an additional $650/week + tax; if the temperature is below 55 degrees the pool heat pump will not work. Relax in the private hot tub.This property is located 0.5 mile from the pier, which you can walk to from the beach. It is also close to local restaurants and shops. There is a basketball hoop located at the property and this home is located on a dead-end street with less traffic, which provides a perfect space for kids to ride bikes!

Up to 2 Dogs Allowed with our All-Inclusive Pet Policy for Weekly and Nightly stays - No fee! It is the responsibility of pet owners to ensure that they clean up after their pets (i.e., picking up waste from property grounds). Should the guest fail to do so, an additional fee of $100 will be charged to the credit card on file.

Rents Weekly Saturday - Saturday. Rents Nightly with a 2 night minimum in advance August - June, last minute July.

(1) Guests must pay in full when booking through VRBO. The card provided at the time of booking will be charged for the total. Guest will receive follow up communications including Management Company’s Vacation Rental Agreement for e-signature which is required for all stays.
(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are strictly prohibited unless approved by management.
