Great place to stay in downtown Wilmington. The house has so much character. You can easily walk to restaurants ands shops. The owner is extremely helpful and readily available. Parking could be tricky with multiple cars as the streets get really busy.

The house was exactly as described. Very nice set up and very clean. We were thrilled to have a parking spot off the street as well! The host was attentive and the check in instructions were super easy. We will definitely keep this one on our places to stay in Wilmington.

This house was so perfect for my stay in Wilmington. It is spacious with three bedrooms and large bathroom. The living area and kitchen were a perfect size for a small group of people. And the location was amazing. It was so close to the riverwalk, I walked there every day. The host communicated with me and was very responsive. The check in process was extremely smooth. I had such a wonderful trip thanks to this stay. I will definitely be back again!
