The unit features a modernist esthetic with a full compliment of stainless steel appliances, granite and wood counter tops, and plenty of cook and dinnerware for a home cooked meal. Countertop appliances include coffee grinder, coffee maker and toaster. The bathroom has a floating vanity and a shower over a tub. The separate LR-BR features a full sofa bed. The other BR includes a twin over a full bunk. Each bedroom has a desk and wardrobe suitable for clothing and luggage storage. The apartment was clean and in a good place to use pulic transportation and easy walking distance to shop at a Target for groceries and other things. We always felt secure in the building.
This little place had a decent downtown location, for our purposes. Relatively newer apartment. The host should be able to correct a few little things but nothing major. Parking was challenging as available parking for the apartment building was just whatever was available on the street. We had to park a block or so away most of the time. It was only a few minute walk was difficult during check-in and unloading our stuff. There were cockroaches that should be able to be treated pretty easily by the host or apartment managers so I'm sure future renters won't have to deal with those. If the cockroaches are taking care of I'd stay there again.
