Thomas and Azita were excellent hosts for our stay at White Avenue Villa B&C. Both properties were clean, all amenities were exceptional, AC for both properties was great. Response time with the host was great, we will hopefully be back soon, thanks again for a memorable trip!

It was perfect for our large, loud, fun-loving Family!

Great size, loved the extra bathrooms, having 2 pools. Couldn’t have asked for better. Plus the items on hand were of great help.

Everything was perfect. Both units stocked well with essentials needed for a great vacation. Communication was spot on and very timely. We definitely will be looking for a return trip here first.

I booked this listing for my entire family to enjoy a vacation together and spent over 9k for a 4 day trip. When we arrived, one of the pools had a heater that was still on and it was extremely hot. I sent a message and they responded that the heater had been left on but should be off now. They did not apologize for the inconvenience at all, but at least it was fixed (or so we thought). This pool remained significantly hotter than the other pool for the entirety of our stay. I would have still left a great review had it not been for what happened next. The very first night I received an extremely abrasive message from them with a picture of one of our teens on their roof. They said it was completely unacceptable (which we agree) and to “control my party or leave”. They also said that if it happened again they would be sending out a security team to escort us off the property (which would never be necessary as we would simply leave if asked?). I apologized profusely and ensured it wouldn’t happen again and we handled it on our side. They replied “thanks” and I never heard from them again despite sending multiple other messages to them. No signs are out about staying off the roof despite tons of signage all over the rest of the house. Teen boys made a bad decision and were dealt with but a sign would have helped. The house is also dealing with a roach problem and we killed many throughout our stay. Super unfortunate because the house is great but our experience was awful.
