The area is very convenient and the house is roomy and comfortable. There is no A/C or dishwasher but that was fine for us. The property details did say that there was “laundry” but it was not in working order. Our dog enjoyed the dog park at the YMCA of the Rockies which was very close.
This was a cozy cabin. The road to it was rough and we were disappointed when we found it did not have the advertised washer and dryer. It had a well stocked kitchen except for forks but since there was only 3 of us it didn’t present much of a problem. The sheets on the double bed had a lot of hair on them but extra sheets were found and changed. Overall it was a very pleasant stay.
The property was exactly as described in the listing. It was super quiet which made for great sleeping. There were a few deer that seemed to live in the neighborhood which was a nice bonus. The entrance to RMNP is very close by and there were fabulous restaurants within a few minutes of the place. I'd highly recommend staying here.
The cabin was very cute with cabin decor. The beds were comfy and the kitchen was the most well equipped in any place we have ever stayed! Just be aware it is a cabin. A little drive from town which is nice if you want quiet. The road is rough to say the least. Here is no dishwasher or air conditioning which we did not need. I would certainly recommend a short stay for a couple.
The window operations were sticky and the sills were dirty. Communication was much more transactional than with many other hosts. No personal touch. They never show any pictures on the back side of the deck.
The place was absolutely perfect for us!
It had everything you would need. And it was very clean. Definitely a cozy welcoming place. It was close to all the things we wanted to do. Hiking, Horseback riding and we rented a Jeep in town to go off roading! We loved that everything was so close but we didn't feel the pressure of a small resort town. We would definitely get this place again it was perfect.
The cabin looks exactly like the pictures, but seemed a little bigger than expected. The location is great with quick, easy access to many great restaurants, the South end grocery store, and the National Park. We saw deer, other wildlife, and a black bear (from a good distance). The cabin has a vert nice, large kitchen. There are also guitars you can play if you know how. We don't, but I could tell the acoustic guitar was in tune!
