Cabin on the cliff

Nice , cozy cabin on the side of the mountain. Everything worked and the cabin was well equipped. The cabin has a lot of character and was an enjoyable stay. We found using the outdoor steps around the entrance side easier with the luggage than the indoor steps.

The MOD POD was absolutely beautiful

Everything was as the described and perfect. We had a lovely time and enjoyed our stayed. We'll definitely be back. Thank you for sharing your house with us.

Thankful stay

The hosts were so gracious and helpful with communication before the trip. Everything was ready and in perfect shape when we arrived. The cabin has everything needed for a great stay - games, foozball, and so many porches to try! Very memorable thanksgiving holiday. Thank you!

Beautiful mountain get-away

Spacious, comfortable, cozy and clean cabin in the trees. Thoughtful guest amenities, kitchen well-stocked, right off Blue Ridge Parkway and close to many places to visit. The driveway access is VERY steep, which we were warned about, but knowing about it, didn't make it any easier to overcome. Nearby Mabry Mill was an interesting place to visit for the history, but food was not worth the wait for a seat on the day we visited for breakfast. Wineries are a better choice to visit, both Chateau Morrisette and Villa Appalaccia. Best choices are Nancy's Candy store and any of the other Farm/Country stores that are close by. We would definitely consider this property for a repeat visit. Hosts were very responsive to all questions.
