Start your dream vacation in this fun & stylish multi unit canal front pool home. Features include updated rooms and furniture with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a fully stocked kitchen and large living area.. Boaters enjoy quick access to Lemon Bay ICW with NO bridges. Your paradise island feel backyard includes large screened in Pool, Sunset cove firepit area and Corn hole games for day & night enjoyment . There is plenty of seating to enjoy the water view and you may even see our favorite Manatee. Enjoy gas grill with tables outside or sit inside around the bar or by the pool. . Enjoy Manasota Key, Boca Grande & more within minutes by car or water. Plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance. You can even walk to the trailheads at Oyster Creek Park just up the street and they offer tours as well. You will definitely feel you are in Paradise. Pool can be heated for $150 per week

Amazing stay!

This property was perfect for us! All of the rooms had direct access to the outside and the yard and outdoor space was exceptional. We were right next-door to an amazing little restaurant and very close to hiking trails and other activities. The host was responsive and check-in/checkout was easy.

Boca Fest trip

We had a good time. Parked the boat at the dock behind the house. It was an easy access to the Boca Fest. Pool was refreshing.

Our host was very open and on top of communicatons, very kind and helpful. Lots of little useful amenities such as extra coolers and beach chairs. The home was lovely and clean, and the neighborhood wildlife was delightful- i even saw a bobcat the last night at Michigan ave. All agreed- we'd be happy to rent from Victoria again.
