What a Crazy amazing vacation rental home this is! With 8 bedrooms, 3 full baths, water front, boat access, spacious, and pet friendly what more could you want? From the ground floor you will not want to leave the spacious waterfront deck that will include ample lounge furniture, a table and chairs for enjoying meals and an electric fire pit. Just imagine watching the cranes fly overhead and fisherman will enjoy fishing and crabbing right from the deck. From the deck you can step right into the living area where there is seating for everyone to enjoy movie night or relax from a day on the water or at the beach. The first floor includes one full bathroom off of the living area.
The second floor is a real stunner with another water front deck and a large, open kitchen and dining area with and additional seating area. Everyone can enjoy ones company while the cook prepares dinner. There will be a spacious dining table and additional seating at the bar. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything one needs to cook for a week on the water. The second floor includes a full bathroom and three bedrooms. The third floor includes another two full bathrooms and five bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms have breath taking views of the water.
This home is pet friendly- dogs only. There is an additional non-refundable pet fee of $350 per pet. This is a non-smoking home. Smoking is not permitted on the decks or inside the home.
A linen package can be purchased for your stay. The cost of the linen package for one week’s stay is $335.00. To purchase the linen package please indicate on the linen addendum, an agent will be in touch with the lease agreement and additional paperwork.

You are permitted to bring your boat, jet skis, kayaks, etc. There is not a boat launch at the home but the closet launch is not far away, a mere 3 miles into Dewey Beach. Tenants will be responsible for their own boat lines, bumpers, etc. Tenants will also be responsible for determining tides and the draft allowance for their boats to enter the lagoon.
