Mellow Yellow in Lanc City
Welcome to a spacious and cozy 1-BR apartment. You will enjoy the open floor plan with a granite island in the kitchen. Get cozy in the living room with a comfy couch and loveseat in front of the gas fireplace.
Equipped with a stackable washer/dryer for small loads of laundry. Parking is easy with two off-street parking spots.
**Starting January 1, 2023, I will only be able to offer stays of 31-day or longer via airbnb due to recent changes in city zoning regulations.
The space
You can enjoy drinks and meals al fresco on the deck, take a relaxing dip in the private 2-person hot tub, and wind down the night by the fire pit. The fenced in yard is secure if your dog is traveling with you. You also have access to the outside gas grill.
Other things to note
There is no pet fee, but I allow one (1) dog only. No cat(s). If you are bringing your dog, please check that box when you make the reservation. Thank you
