Load and start the dishwasher

Strip any used beds and gather used towels

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights and lock the doors

Please load all towels in the washer and start on Express wash. The towels take the longest to dry. So we appreciate your help. Leave all bedding sheets by the washer..

Remove all opened items from the refrigerator and throw it away. Take trash out to the trash bin outside. Load all used dishes and cups into the dishwasher and start the dishwasher. Thank you so much.

Collect all your items double check you haven’t left anything behind. Turn off all the lights and AC units and TV. Lock the door. do not take any of our chargers. Thank you.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

No shoes pass the entrance of the home. Please remove shoes where the tile entrance is. Otherwise we will charge an extra carpet cleaning fee.

This condo is perfect for a small family, location could not be better. It's a smaller complex and it is quiet and feels private. Parking is easy, walkable to all shops/restaurants and CU Boulder. The condo was clean, owner's communication was easy and reliable. Beds comfortable. The lights, toilet and blinds are all on a "smart" system which can take a bit to figure out--but any issues and you context or email the host!
