Take it easy at the Coral in this privately owned unique and tranquil efficiency getaway on Mandalay Bay Front & just 350 steps across the island to the pristine sands of Clearwater Beach. Two comfy twin beds and a full futon await you after a sun filled, fun day on the beach and walking distance to all the activities this area has to offer. Just steps past our private pool to the pier where you can fish or sit with your morning coffee and enjoy the sunrise & dolphins. Your quaint unit includes a Keurig & drip coffee makers, tea pot, utensils, tableware, blender, toaster, stove/oven, refrigerator/freezer, microwave, shower, linens, pillows, blankets, beach towels & chairs, starter supplies, free cable TV/ROKU, Wi-Fi, and parking. Shared pool, washer/dryer, patio BBQ area, patio, and pier. Need more room? The adjoining unit is available with a full-sized bed and a twin futon for 3 additional guests. Must be 25 to rent. Sorry, No pets allowed at this time. Children must be supervised at all times.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Leave used towels inside shower. Wipe & clean stove/oven (if used). Wash dishes & leave in strainer (next to microwave).
Clean & wipe out refrigerator. Turn temp knob to its lowest setting (just befor off).
Leave the room clean & tidy as you found it. Turn AC temp to 74° & close blinds.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Must be 25 to rent.
Smoking outside only. Units are privately owned, please be respectful of utility use and items. Report any damage promptly.

Warm Welcome & Spacious Twin Beds!!

Wanda was a wonderful host with all the necessities you need for your stay! The twin beds did not feel like a twin bed so don’t let the size fool you! The beds were super comfortable and a great size! Plus there is a couch that turns into another bed. The location is perfect with a breakfast place, dinner and just steps away from beach. Definitely staying here again!

From the beautiful atmosphere, cleanliness of the property, location convenient to everything Clearwater Beach has to offer, it was absolutely wonderful! Wanda, the unit owner, was amazing to work with. Always responded very timely to any of my emails. Our unit was definitely an efficiency unit so if you are looking for space, this is not for you. But if you are looking for a place to lay your head down at night, while you enjoy all day on the beach or at the pool, then this is a great option. There are two single Murphy beds, so no sleeping with your partner…but super comfy beds. Didn’t use the kitchen, but seemed to have adequate supplies The beach is less than a 10 minute walk and the sand is amazing!! Our unit had beach chairs, beach towels, large beach bag and beach blanket. Pool is on the smaller side, but still nice with lots of lay down chairs to catch some rays on. And warm water!! There’s a very nice patio area with lots of tables and chairs to enjoy your morning coffee or evening beverage. Coffee shop and restaurants close.
