About the host
Your host

When growing up my parents had a fishing charter business on the Chesapeake Bay, and I fell in love with spending time on the water. I worked hard to make my dream a reality and enjoy sharing my shore home with my family. The joy of watching the kids catch their first crab or searching for swans nests in the spring never gets old. Having this much nature at your doorstep is a simple pleasure we're lucky to have and happy to share.
Why they chose this property
The Eastern Shore of Maryland is a nature lovers paradise, Migratory Geese, Blue Heron, Swans and Osprey are just wonderful to view, and add a peaceful element to a hectic profession I've chosen.
What makes this property unique
Famous for the Chesapeake Blue Crab, the Wye River never disappoints, the crab bounty is excellent. Secondly, exists no commercial business, therefore the waters are pristine and perfect for swimming, kayaking, and wildfowl sightings. Its not unusual in the fall to spot a deer or two swimming across the river!!
