This guest was absolutely wonderful. They treated the cabin as if it were their own and left the place so clean it was hard to tell anyone had even stayed there. Communication was smooth and respectful throughout the stay. We are very grateful for how well they cared for the space and would gladly host them again anytime. Highly recommended!

We were very disappointed with the condition the home was left in after your stay. Upon check-out, we found excessive trash, including beer and wine bottles, food left throughout the house—including under beds, on the deck, and inside the BBQ grill. The curtain rod was broken, and several towels were so badly stained with blood they had to be thrown away. Additionally, dishes were left unwashed with food in the sink, all the lights were left on, the bathtub was left full of water, and the hot tub water was completely ruined. Due to the condition of the property, we incurred 8 additional hours of cleaning, as well as the cost of a replacement curtain rod and new towels. Because of the damages and the level of disrespect shown to the property, we are requesting reimbursement for the extra cleaning and damages, and we will not be able to host you again in the future.
