Come and enjoy a weekend or weeklong stay at Brown Eyed Girl where you and your closest family and friends can relax and make memories that will last a lifetime!  Brown Eyed Girl is tastefully decorated to give you the feeling of a home away from home! With a full living, dining, and kitchen area, you will have ample space to accommodate a party of 12 adults and children. There are 3 bedrooms in this property, but you'll easily be able to turn one of the Gathering Rooms into an additional sleeping space if needed by utilizing the pull-out queen sofa bed.  You'll find a wonderful Master Suite that holds a king-sized bed and a Master Bathroom, which holds a soaking tub and walk-in shower! Along with that, you will have two other bedrooms, one holding a queen-sized bed and the other two full-sized beds and a bunk bed! Lounge around the house or spend your time lounging around the community pool, either way, you are bound to make beautiful memories here at Brown Eyed Girl!

House was great. Listing said pool was heated. Contact person for the home got ahold of someone to fix it, but it took a long time to heat the entire pool. The heated pool was going to be the kids entertainment for two days and they only got to enjoy it for a couple of hours.

Lakeside dream house!

We loved our stay! Plenty of space for 4 teens, 2 kids, and 3 adults. Beautiful decor & cozy; fully stocked with plenty of towels. Snacks were a delightful surprise! Girls played cards from the game drawer during the rain and shopped downtown. Kitchen has k-cups & coffee pot with filters and all you need to cook. Enjoyed Bootleggers Pizza for lunch between ballgames. Definitely want to visit Gunterville again!!
