Chalet Premiere offers a newly renovated kitchen with a gorgeous island with granite counter tops. You will love the spacious bedrooms and suites. There are two luxurious king beds, and two sets of full size bunk beds. This property offers a relaxing porch with beautiful lake views, perfect for you to hang out by the lake. There is room for boat parking and a boat launch not far away. Enjoy Lake Guntersville with Rohogo Management.

Property management was non-responsive during stay. Only reason I’m leaving a review is that I hope the owners see this and know that their mngt company wasn’t responsive. I sent multiple messages and never heard from anyone. House was great and we loved the stay. When we arrived there were ants in the kitchen and someone left the bedroom windows open so there were bugs all in our room the first night. I can get over all that, but the lack of response really put me over the edge.

Beautiful property

Came to town for a baseball tournament. Lovely place and we enjoyed our stay. House was spacious and mostly clean. However, there were a lot of cobwebs and the cleaning service might have missed while cleaning. Would definitely rent again

Fishing tourney

We stayed here for my son’s High School fishing tournament. The house was nicely re-done and on a road filled with beautiful homes. It was close to multiple launches and downtown Guntersville which was a great location. Beds were comfy and kitchen was well stocked! Only complaint is that the home was not as clean as we expected. Our coffee pot was infested with bugs, which was corrected right away, but the bugs, spider webs, dog hair and pollen were hard to ignore. This home has lots of potential and fits a larger group well.
