Roomy beachfront condo with gorgeous sunsets! Property is just as described with plenty of amenities for a comfortable stay. We stayed for three nights and were able to soak up the views, visit the brewery, have home cooked meals plus had wonderful food from Smokehouse (and reasonably priced). We also drove to cannon beach which was about 45 minutes away. Would stay here again.

This was such a cozy and inviting place to stay while visiting Rockaway Beach. The views truly are stellar! It came wth everything we needed. and more. Read the welcome book as soon as you arrive to access all the info you need for your stay. If planning to do laundry bringing along some quarters will be helpful as well. We loved it and plan to stay here again next time we visit!

Great view, but no shade on the dining room window or glass door, so rooms got very warm. People sleeping on the beach and lots of fires made it so couldnt leave the door open, no ac, so didn't need a blanket to sleep! Several stairs to climb to second floor and they could use some work to level out. End unit and people kept parking right next to the building and slamming car doors and trunks. Got kinda noisy.

Excellent room. Very clean. Just as expected. Lots of amenities! Games, toys, movies, books, etc. Every possible kitchen accessory or gadget you could possibly want! Great views of the ocean. The only downside is that there is a major beach access right out side the bedroom window. If you sleep with the window open, it is very noisy with the sounds of car and people traffic,

Perfect getaway in Rockaway

We had the most amazing vacation while staying at this property in Rockaway Beach! It was the perfect size for our family of 5. We were steps away from the beach and the ocean, and had all we needed to enjoy our time there. There were beach chairs, towels, and even a few buckets for the kids. The kitchen had everything we needed to make meals to enjoy while looking out at the ocean. The bathrooms had plenty of towels and the necessities you would expect. The rooms were cozy, and you could open the windows to hear the ocean from the main bedroom. We hope to return and stay in this lovely space again!

Great view. We seemed to be the only ones in the building.It seemed to be a family area. I recommend blinds for the kitchen and near the couch to help keep it cooler.It would be nice to have screens on the kitchen and living room windows. The unit had everything anyone would need. Very clean and welcoming. I had a few problems with all the stairs, because of my recent hip replacement. We would love to come back in the future after my hip fully heals. Thanks for a great vacation.

Front row seating on the deck to watch Rockaway’s annual kite festival was the BEST ever! The Big Tree trail is within walking distance via the beach south and turning east to hook up with Washington Street. Our group enjoyed an amazing time at this location allowing us to WALK everywhere! It was so stress free to just park our cars and avoid all the car traffic and parking challenges. GO, GO, GO!!!
