Pool was very nice. Location was close to family so we didn't have to drive very far. Host was very timely with any requests and also very nice.

Only good for rest in warm weather

My family stayed for 8 days and expected full privacy. The suite for rent is separated by plywood and a painting. There is space between each for things to be seen and heard through. The property's family manager lives on the other side. The kitchen is considered a microwave, small fridge and coffee maker. There is a bbq grill outside and grill utensils, but there is no sink besides the bathroom. The toilet was small and slightly facing the wall with toilet paper holder. My family stayed while the weather was mostly around 40-50 degrees and we had to ask for heat to be turned on, since there is no control on the rented side. Which, the manager complained saying they had to use thinner sheets to cover themself and seemed to come on only at night when we stepped in. The shower was never hot. Just warm or cold. I don't understand how they have a bath tub for that temp of water. The pool didn't look cleaned or bleached because it had a white film over it and coins laying around, but it was cleaned on the day we left. On some days we made sure all lights were off and everything closed, but we noticed some lights would be left on and 1 day our clothes in our closet moved. There was bits of food on the futon, dining chairs and floor. It's senseless to pay a cleaning fee if the place isn't even clean, but we cleaned it as necessary and before we left. The electrical wiring seems messed up. Most outlets and switches don't work properly. The lamps would turn on and off constantly.

Firstly, regarding privacy, the suite has been designed to offer comfort and seclusion, with no visibility between spaces. The property is equipped with outdoor cameras and your door code was unique to you, unless you decide to share it with someone else. Absolutely no one entered your space during your stay. The only time a manager enters the space is upon communicating with a guest and guest agrees for manager to enter in order to correct any issues or to setup for a surprise for their partner or love ones. Regarding amenities, our kitchenette includes a microwave, small fridge, coffee maker, and outdoor BBQ grill with utensils, as described accurately on our listing. We regret any confusion regarding the sink; the bathroom sink serves all guest needs, and we've found it meets expectations effectively. Concerning temperature control, we are always responsive to guest requests for adjustments. We apologize if there was any misunderstanding during your stay. Regarding cleanliness, we take this matter seriously. Our cleaning crew ensures meticulous preparation before each guest's arrival and our senior manager does a thorough walk-through after each clean. We regret any oversight found during your stay and appreciate your efforts in maintaining cleanliness. This was never brought to our attention by you, and we would have came by promptly to address any issues if present. Regarding the pool, it undergoes regular maintenance and cleaning every Wednesday. Any temporary appearance issues are promptly addressed to ensure a pleasant experience for all guests. As for electrical concerns, we have inspected all outlets and switches to ensure they are in proper working order, no issues were found before and after your stay. If there were any issues during your stay, we wish we had been notified to address them promptly. We take pride in offering a comfortable and enjoyable stay for our guests and regret that your experience fell short of expectations. We would have appreciated the opportunity to address these concerns during your stay to ensure your comfort.
