Great for a wedding weekend!

A small group of us stayed here to get ready for a wedding! The place is clean and well decorated, felt so cozy. Right on the river, so pretty and peaceful to sit out on the docks or use the kayaks. Loved this place!

Family getaway!

We really enjoyed this property! It had everything we needed and the decor was beautiful! Loved all the farmhouse touches. We had a great cookout at the outdoor kitchen, enjoyed a fire in the fire pit and actually caught a couple of bass from the deck. We give this place five stars!!!

My family of four and our dog had wonderful time at the Woodland Cottage. We appreciated the decor and attention to detail along with the cleanliness. Luke was amazing and very responsive when we had questions. A few small things could be improved: the bed in the room off the carport squeaks pretty loudly and the drain in the front bathroom drains slowly. These were minor and in no way detracted from the wonderful time we had here.

The layout of the home is odd and the kitchen area wasn't as spacious as the pictures made it look. Some small things need to be changed/fixed, but overall it was good. The outside area was nice with the water access and fire pit.

Beautifully decorated house

Lovely house with a very well supplied kitchen, large grassy yard, plenty of deck space in a quiet area yet only a 10 minute drive to Hot Springs. The only drawback is the swimming area which was shallow, muddy and full of sunken limbs and debris. We enjoyed the kayaks though.

Great Cabin, Great Spring Break Week!

We had the loveliest time staying at this cabin with our two boys (15 and 8) and a dog!The place is very cabin chic (loved the decor), clean, well-stocked and the location was excellent (quick drive to Hot Springs downtown and bathhouses, national parks and botanical gardens). We particularly enjoyed the kayaks, the hot tub and the owners provided firewood for our evening fires (such a treat). Luke was very responsive, friendly and clearly takes pride in providing a great experience for their guests. Highly recommended for families and couples!P.S. If you do want to visit the bathhouse, make sure to book a reservation before arriving…one of the two spas was completely booked.
