With so much to discover, spend time checking out the Coosawattee River Resort's guest facilities such as an indoor pool, basketball court, tennis court, mini golf, arcade, and gym - all within walking distance of the cabin.

Peaceful walks around the property can also be indulged in and enjoyed, take in the lush green views before heading back to your cabin to relax. Inside, you'll find a spacious living room adorned with soft seating, a large TV, and a wood-burning fireplace. Boasting an open floor plan, you will easily be able to visit with your loved ones while the chef of your family whips up something delicious in the adjacent well-equipped kitchen. Amongst the stainless steel appliances and many nifty gadgets, the chef will feel right at home. Eat together at the wooden dining table or alfresco on the large deck.

The bedrooms, both adorably decorated with a wilderness theme, welcome a restful night's sleep thanks to cozy bedding and central air-conditioning.

End your evenings by swinging on the porch swing and watching the fireflies come out, barbecuing on the provided gas grill, or around the firepit, roasting s'mores and reminiscing on sweet memories.

THINGS TO KNOW
This unit will have two RFID cards that allow four guests per card to access resort amenities. These cards are located in the welcome book. If you arrive and the cards are not present, please let us know. Lost or stolen cards will warrant a $59 fee per card. Guests must register 48 hours before arrival or they will not be granted access to the resort.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
