About this property

Comfortable and convenient is what this house is all about. Located on a serene, quiet part of the Coosawattee River come and relax on the back deck overlooking the river. Located only .5 miles from a gate on a paved road and less than 10 minutes to town and many restaurants this house offers easy access in and out of the community.

The house has 2 bedrooms and 2 baths including 1 king and 1 queen. The king bedroom offers a screened in porch with a couch to enjoy watching the river float by or reading a good book. There is a fire pit, wood included, and rock stairs that allow for easy access to the river. The house is well appointed for eating inside or out. Outside there is seating available for dining or relaxing. There are French doors off each bedroom and the main living area that take you outside to enjoy the river.

Pets are allowed but we ask that they are not on the furniture or in the bedrooms. We also have a place for your pooch with a food/water bowl for them to relax while you enjoy exploring the area.

The house offers cable in the main living area as well as the king bedroom. There is a game are including Foosball, many board and card games as well. Plenty of fun for the kids and adults alike. You also have access to all the amenities at CRRA including 2 outdoor pools, 1 indoor pool, fitness center, tennis and put-put golf.

The house was clean. Location on the river was nice. The property owner was responsive. I love this resort. We did a last minute booking for a weekend getaway. This property has a lot of potential. Improvements to the landscaping would help. Also, the house and deck needed pressure washing.

Loved it!

The house was so lovely and clean! Ellijay is the cutest town. I felt like I was in Europe. Vineyards, wineries, apple orchards, mountains, rivers… all with a small town, hospitable feel. Definitely recommend!

My husband and I started spending time in Ellijay back in 2003 and fell in love with the area and the people. We love everything outdoors including hiking, mountain biking and trail running with the dogs.

Why they chose this property

We bought the house in 2015 because we thought it was a really great house and wanted others to be able to enjoy the area. The house is centrally located for all your adventures.
