Stone Harbor Bayfront living in this 2 bedroom 2 full bath condo! This beautifully renovated unit is perched on the edge of the Intra Coastal Waterway and offers panoramic views, unobstructed breezes, and mesmerizing sunsets. This quiet location in a highly desirable neighborhood is just around the corner from town. This building has only 6 units and this unit is on the top floor. The bright, spacious living area offers two sets of sliding doors to maximize the breeze & view and for easy access to the large bayside deck. The kitchen offers granite countertops and extra bar seating. The Master Bedroom has its own private bath. The other spacious bedroom offers lots of light and shares the Hall Bath. The Sunset Bay Condominiums are a hidden gem, surrounded by custom residences in beautiful Stone Harbor! You'll appreciate the covered, assigned parking. Sleeps up to 5 people. This unit is on the 3rd floor and does not have an elevator.

Great vacation. Beautiful sunsets every night. Boat slip available to tie up kayaks for the week. Unit was clean and comfortable and host was very easy to work with. Will definitely want to come back!

Excellent location if you enjoy sunsets & bay views! Great residential neighborhood and quick walk to town! Nicely furnished & updated interior, spacious bayfront covered balcony. Excellent owner communication.
A few notes … no oven, just a cooktop, microwave & toaster oven but that was sufficient for our small group. No ground level outlets if you are bringing an e-bike or renting. As mentioned in listing, no elevator, 3rd floor unit and steps are tight; fyi for anyone with any mobility concerns.
I’ve been renting in Stone Harbor for years and this was a personal favorite stay for the views!
