Very good

The house was pretty much as advertised - did have strong chemical scent due to overuse of plug-in air fresheners in multiple rooms which is rough for those with allergies. The thermostat kept reverting to 63 degrees....brrr.... everything was clean - could have used more towels but thankfully we have family nearby who brought us extras.

Hey Brenda each guest is left with 2 towels at the end of the bed. You booked for 6 guests and honestly had more that stayed the last night so maybe that’s why you ran out of towels. As for the heat, the heating system adjust to interior and exterior temps and lowers once there’s no one in the home, to save on energy that’s not used. Thanks for the review as well

Communication was a bit difficult
The property was fine. Booked for multiple nights but only stayed one night. Neighborhood felt very safe, a short drive to HPMKT. Wish the host could have been a bit more flexible with me when my plans changed, but I get that sadly, most hosts have gotten extremely inflexible these days; since the host wasn’t willing to work with me, I’m out a lot of money. It’s unfortunate, but a good lesson to remember!

Guest contacts me 5 days prior to check in , and let’s remember that she booked 1 year ago, and wanted to cancel. I let her know I can’t cancel because it’s 5 days before check in and I have a strict cancellation policy. So basically, a guest is not happy with what the had control of and the hosts takes brunt of the blame. Lesson learned not on the hosts part, but the guests needs to honestly wake up and take responsibility of there action.
