Nestled in a quiet community, this unit is perfect for the relaxing beach vacation with the family. Private beach access leads straight down to open sand in an area that never has big crowds!

- The home is spread across three levels: the cozy twin loft bedroom is on the top floor, the spacious living area and kitchen are in the middle, and the two queen bedrooms are on the lower level. The loft-style twin bedroom is open to the living area but has a door for privacy.
- The home features a steep staircase and balcony, so we recommend supervising small children for their safety.
- Please be mindful of the neighbors and observe local quiet hours to ensure everyone enjoys a peaceful stay.
- The property is in a gated community with security patrols, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for all guests.
- We have landscapers, pest service, and other property maintenance done on a weekly basis. You may see or hear these service professionals during your stay as they let themselves into the backyard to service as needed. Please be sure to ask about this before booking if you think it might be an issue for you.

Love this place. The location, the space. Everything you need to just enjoy life and the beach. This was our second time here and I am sure we will be back.
Gorgeous views and comfy beds made for a perfect getaway! Only downside was the flavored coffee but really, that’s not much to complain about. Will for sure keep this property in my favorites.
My family and I really enjoyed staying in this beach house. The location was fabulous! My grandson especially enjoyed the beach and playing in the surf. We saw dolphins, sea otters, pelicans, sand pipers, just to name a few sea dwellers! Would definitely recommend this townhouse for a family vacation.
The location of this property is outstanding and just what I wanted. Just steps from a quiet beach. I could sit and listen to the waves and the seabirds all day. Great parking. Great views. Great place for relaxing. Plenty of space for my family. Please note, there are a lot of stairs so it may not be the best for small children or people with mobility issues. The kitchen was well stocked. Almost every room had televisions (but with the view, you don’t really need to watch TV). One improvement I recommend would be keeping extra pillows in the bedroom closets. It’s always nice to have extra.
While the space was beautiful, the workers on the roof were so loud that we were unable to stay and enjoy the home. When we were leaving on Tuesday morning, debris was falling by our car.While the workers were polite and just doing their job, the management company should have alerted us to the inconvenience ahead of our booking. We are asking for a 50 percent refund as we were unable to stay in the home during the day.
