Located on main road that is maintained year round. Private trails perfect for horses, atv, utv, and snowmobiles. Adjacent to state land and miles of trail access. 30 and 50 amp service for trailer hookup. 2 established horse paddocks and plenty of picket space. Indoor mudroom for winter gear. Near river access for kayaking.
