The property was amazing! It was just as described, the best views of Cabo! The only issue I had was the description of amenities provided by the host like transportation and concierge services, apparently there is 2 different listings. But overall we had a great time and would stay there again!

The villa was exceptional. Information was lacking. When staying in other VRBO rentals, there has always been information about the area, like places to eat and things to see. There was no such information at this villa. The address I was given for the villa was not recognized by anyone trying to find their way there. I was given lot numbers and no street address. This was confusing for Uber, food deliveries and taxis. The TV did not work. We could only use TV because of cables and computers we brought with us. The remote control was missing.

Hello, thank you for your comment. After reading it, I felt a bit confused. We provided you with the full and detailed villa address, including the coordinators both three days before your arrival. In addition, there is a welcome booklet placed in the living room that contains detailed information about the villa, including room details, emergency contacts, and our contact information. The booklet clearly states that guests are welcome to contact us anytime should any issues arise. However, during your entire stay, we did not receive any feedback or requests from you. Regarding the TV, it was fully functional during your stay, and the internet speed was very fast. If there were any difficulties with the settings, our local maintenance team would have been able to assist immediately. Unfortunately, we were not informed of any TV-related issues during your stay. As for recommendations on places to visit or activities to do, these services are not included in the villa rental and are typically considered additional services. To avoid any misunderstanding, we usually recommend that guests research and choose providers independently. That said, you are always welcome to reach out to me in the future if you have any questions. I will be happy to assist whenever possible.
