BEDROOM
The bedroom features a comfortable king size bed and is completed with a dedicated workspace for those who need to get some work done or study in peace and quiet.

LIVING ROOM
The living area boasts an open plan design, providing a spacious and airy feel. The comfortable seating arrangement invites you to relax and unwind, and it has a flat-screen smart TV for entertainment.

KITCHEN
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals, including a stove, refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker.

BATHROOM
The bathroom is modern and spacious, with a walk-in shower and plenty of towels.

The highlight of this condo is the cosy balcony with a view of the tranquil open air courtyard and its fountain.

COMMON AREAS
The V-177 building itself is packed with luxurious amenities, including an infinity heated rooftop pool with breathtaking ocean views, a jacuzzi, a gym, and a BBQ area. Take the lift up to the rooftop and enjoy watching the sun set over the Pacific Ocean.

Guest access
Guests have full access to the condo and the aforementioned common areas in the following hours:
- Pool: open 8 AM to 10 PM, Monday - Thursday,
8 AM to 12 AM Friday - Sunday.
- Gym: open 7 AM - 10 PM daily

Other things to note
Visitor Policy: A maximum of 2 visitors is allowed, and they must be registered with security upon arrival. Visitors are only permitted inside the condo and do not have access to common areas. Visiting hours are from 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM, and overnight stays are not allowed.

Any violation of the condominium rules may attract a fine of $100 USD or more. Midweek housekeeping is included for stays of 7 nights or more. Renters must be at least 25 years old. Supplies are provided to begin your stay, if you run out it is your responsibility to replace them.
