Come stay in our newly built beach house located in Ocean Lakes Family Campground. We offer 3 bedrooms (K, K, Full Bunks) and 2 full bathrooms. Our site number is 5115. This home is very modern and well kept.

Our house is located in a gated community with so much to offer. Each visitor will have access to 18-hole mini golf, 80+ arcade games multiple playgrounds, an indoor pool, outdoor pool, kid splash zone, lazy river, and two big water slides. There are snack bars, mini grocery store, ice cream shops, recreation center, and so much more.

Enjoy your time downstairs with our outdoor tv and seating area, or enjoy our nice size deck upstairs. Inside, there is cable TV, and a stocked kitchen for preparing meals, washer and dryer, as well as WiFi to keep everyone happy.

We offer 3 bedrooms sleeping 6-8 people. Maximum of 6 adults.

Master Bedroom - 1 King bed with private ensuite full bathroom

Bedroom 2 - 1 King bed with access to shared bathroom

Bedroom 3 - Bunk Beds with Full bed on bottom and twin on top as well as access to shared bathroom

*Linens are NOT included. NO SMOKING. NO PETS ALLOWED.

**Visitors must obtain a visitors pass through Ocean Lakes. Renters will request for passes through the Ocean Lakes Portal, which we will initiate. Fee is $12-$15 per vehicle per night.

***MUST BE at least 25 years of age to reserve the house. The person reserving the home MUST BE STAYING IN THE HOME throughout the duration of the rental agreement. NO EXCEPTIONS. Security/Damage HOLD of $500 is REFUNDABLE and returned within 7-days after your stay is complete.

Tries to charge extra

House was clean, but the enjoyment stops there. There are no dressers. Be prepared to keep you luggage in your car. Says sleeps 8 because all three bedrooms are just big enough for the beds. You pay a cleaning fee and then they try to charge you after your stay for not cleaning.

We bought this house about 3 years ago as a vacation home/investment property. We don’t rent it a lot so it’s not your typical “rental house” in ocean lakes. We do ask that renters remove all food and trash before their departure allowing the cleaners their allotted time to clean before the next guests arrive. We have not been charging a deposit but will change this policy from now on as we were charged additional cleaning fees for this instance.

My family of 6 absolutely LOVED staying in this home for our week long vacation at Ocean Lakes! Having everything we needed minus food and a few little items saved so much time, giving us the opportunity to jump right into fun in the sun! We highly recommend staying in 5115 and with the hosts! The house is beautiful, well kept, and has modern touches that you discover throughout your stay! Most of which we noted as items we would like to include in our future home we build!
