2,400 sq ft house floor to ceiling including pool and hot tub. Enjoy the sound system inside and out, by the pool or in the hot tub while soaking up some sun ( Arizona has plenty of that).
If shopping or golf are your favorite past times then your in luck, both are minutes away. Downtown Scottsdale is 15 minutes away or Desert Ridge mall is 5 minutes south on Tatum blvd.
Golf is almost on every corner in this region, with breath taking views, you can't go wrong.


If local arts and crafts or antiques are your desire, you only have to go 15 minutes northeast to old town Cave Creek. There you will be able to find just about anything your looking for, be careful on the way, the view's of the mountains and the desert landscape are spectacular. You just might want to stay even longer, it's so relaxing and such an easy way of life.

Property was clean and ready for arrival. Location was great.

Everything needed was on hand at this property. House was in good order and the location was great. The access to the house went very smoothly and Jeff was available to answer any questions, a very good host. We enjoyed our stay as usual and love Arizona.

Great Scottsdale Vacation Rental

The house was awesome! Very clean and well organized. It worked well during COVID because my husband and I were able to stay very socially distant from my in-laws as the house has a nice split floor plan. The master bedroom and bath are in their own wing of the house with a separate door that opens to the outside. We all enjoyed breakfasts together outside on the patio. The patio furniture is very comfortable. The location is about 15 minutes from downtown Cave Creek and about 5 minutes from Desert Ridge. The fitness room was great so that my husband and I could work out without having to go to a gym. We also enjoyed walking around the neighborhood.

A Really Nice Place

We really enjoyed our stay. The house is very clean, tastefully decorated and had everything we could possibly need! We have stayed at a number of VRBO properties and this was definitely one of the best.

As Good As Everyone Said

Swimming in the 85° pool, spa-ing at night. That's how we started and ended our days. Plush beds, well equipped kitchen and baths (lots of towels and even white terry robes!), and all the tv programming you could want will make you feel right at home. We like being in the north part of Scottsdale, so this location was 15-20 minutes at the longest from everywhere we wanted to be. We had 2 tiny problems which the owner took care of right away. It was great to be in Arizona in November, and this was a great place to stay.

We absolutely enjoyed the home. Home was larger than I expected. Pool and hot tub were amazing. Kitchen had everything you would need to prepare a meal, other than the food of course. Lots of spices. It was able to get a workout in while being away from home. We would definitely return.

Jeff was very easy to work with. The house was very nicely updated. We almost hate to share how wonderful the inside and outside areas are. Great home to get escape the busy city. Short drive to many activities like restaurants, shopping or hiking areas. No negatives at this home. Don't be afraid to rent.

A perfect get-away - offering everything as advertised

This house is shiny, newly decorated, and extremely comfortable. We found Jeff to helpful and welcoming. The house is located 10 - 15 minutes from Cave Creek, Carefree, Troon, Pinnacle Peak, Desert Ridge, and the 101. We loved the pool and hot tub and the beautiful back patio. A winner!

Excellent rental house

We've been coming to the Phoenix area for years. This is by far the best we've experienced. The layout and decor is much nicer then the pictures. It is very well stocked. It is in a very quiet neighborhood with no visible houses in the back yard. It is located in the Cave Creek area and central to everything you need or want. The owners are friendly, accommodating and responsive. We are definitely returning.

Everything You Need and More!!!

When renting this property, you get the best of both worlds. Every amenity from your own home, plus the luxury of staying in a hotel. They have thought of everything, and the location couldn't be better. Great neighborhood, private yet close to everything you will need.

More than expected!

We rented for the month of February 2014, our 5th consecutive year in the area, and it was by far the best house. It was well maintained, well stocked and the cleaniest so far. The south orientation is a big plus, especialy in the winter months and the area is very quiet. We heated the pool and swam almost everyday. We are hikers and the location is just minutes away of 3 large and well kept hiking centers (Apache Wash trails, Brown's Ranch and Cave Creek Regional Park) and central to shopping and other activities. We highly recommend it.

Beautiful Home and GREAT Location

Absolutely LOVED this home and location. HOUSE - The house was beautifully decorated and the kitchen was fully stocked. The kids loved the pool and they each had their own bedroom. According to the description, the home was recently renovated. It was like staying in a brand new home. We did not have one item that did not meet our needs or expectations. In fact, all were surpassed. Not only was everything pristine and well kept, but the home is beautifully decorated. LOCATION - The location is centrally located to all of the activities we had planned. We did a day trip to the Grand Canyon and two day trips to Sedona. We also enjoyed the Boulders golf course. Great golfing was about a 15 minute drive. Restaurants were also about a 10 minute drive down to Desert Ridge. This house and location was perfect for our family. We'll definitely make another trip to Phoenix and we'll be staying at this home. LOVED it.

Beautiful house! Highly recommended.

The property was spotless and looks better than the photos. Fully stocked kitchen. The info book (WiFi password, hot tub instructions) was hidden away but a quick email solved that minor issue. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Desert Ridge has a number of stores and restaurants. We ate at California Pizza Kitchen and Macaroni Grill (both good) and Paradise Bakery (meh). Also ate at the Cheesecake factory at Kierland which was very good and the portions were large enough to serve as another meal. Had excellent gelato at That's Amore and also The Gelato Spot. Kids did a 2 hour trail ride with Cave Creek Outfitters and had a fun outing while we hiked at Pinnacle Peak park (great views). We also climbed Camelback mountain (not an easy hike, go early to get a parking spot on the road and before the heat kicks in). Also went to the McDowell Sonoran Preserve and saw an angry rattlesnake on the path, to my wife's delight, daughter not so keen. Golfed at the Boulders South course, a stunningly beautiful and tough course. Not cheap but discounted times can be obtained through GolfNow. We took a day trip to Sedona and did the Pink Jeep Broken Arrow tour. Incredible scenery! We were afraid that the house location would be a bit isolated but the Phoenix area is so spread out that you end up driving 20-30 minutes or more to get anywhere anyway. We would not hesitate to recommend this house, and this area.

My wife and I have been coming to Arizona for the past 20 years to get away from the cold and snow of Minnesota. We enjoy golfing year round so what a better state to buy a home in, you don't find to much SNOW in Scottsdale. We have been looking for over 2 years for a home in AZ and finally found one. It needed some TLC, we were very fortunate to be able to do some of the work ourselves and hire out the rest.. We really enjoy coming to Arizona, to get away.

The perks of having a home in sunny Arizona can't be explained, you just have to see it for yourself, it hardly rains and no snow is a great relief during November to March
