This was the perfect place for our 3 generation family including four kids ages 1-4. The beach is easy to walk to and beautiful. The house is great with a big , well equipped kitchen and plenty of seating. We enjoyed the beach equipment and community pool just next to the house. Communication with host was prompt and helpful.

We had a great time in Pensacola Beach! Our family saw the Blue Angels, had a dolphin trip, went shopping, and enjoyed the beach and the pool every day. It was very relaxing and our accommodations were very nice! They already supplied the toilet paper and cleaning supplies. The crows nest was good to view the Angels! I will certainly stay there again.

The house was exactly as described and was perfect for our group of multiple families! There was plenty of space for everyone, and we really enjoyed our stay. The host was extremely communicative, accommodating, and went above and beyond. I accidentally left an entire load of laundry in the washing machine, and not only did she notify me, but she was kind enough to ship everything back to me! That level of kindness and customer service is hard to find, and I truly appreciated it. I can't say enough good things about our experience and would absolutely recommend this property to anyone traveling with a large group or multiple families. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful house and great location. The extras that come with this house such as beach toys and chairs along were way more than expected. They were very accommodating on short notice. Really good communication with quick responses. Wish we could have spent more time there.

Home away from home

Our family stayed here over a holiday weekend and it was perfect! The kitchen was amazingly appointed to cook our Thanksgiving meal! Spacious, comfortable and great views!

The house, the location and the beach toys provided were exceptional. The house was very comfortable for a large family group of 12. The kitchen had everything supplied and we appreciated the amount of dishes, silverware and cookware. It was very easy having 2 dishwashers in the kitchen and also having upstairs and downstairs laundry rooms. The house is next to the community pool and across the street from the beach access, which was very convenient. The view to the Gulf is unobstructed but from the lower decks you see the dunes and from the top deck you see the water which was beautiful. The Trolley stop is close by and very convenient. The hosts/property managers responded quickly and were very easy to work with. I would highly recommend this house for family friendly vacations.

Wonderful vacation getaway

Family beach visit

The best vacation ever. The kids loved the gameplay and we all loved the corn hole boards as a pastime when we weren’t at the beach. I cannot say anything bad about this property or Katrina (owner) The grandkids even said best place we have stayed at. And we usually visit annually with our family.

It’s a big house with plenty of room for big groups. They had everything we needed. It’s on a quiet end of the island and is nice to be away from the busy boardwalk area if you’re with kids. The beach is a short walk, so be ready to haul everything, but they have a couple nice wagons to use. It was nice to be next to the pool as well. I’d recommend this place if you like the Pensacola Beach area.

Worderful Vacation Rental

The space was perfect for my family to celebrate a family birthday. Every bedroom has its own bathroom so no one had to share. The house was well decorated, completely stocked, and very comfortable. The wrap around porches, both covered and uncovered, were amazing! The owner was wonderfully accommodating. We would stay there again anytime!
