Features unobstructed beach view from the 5th floor (just beneath the penthouse level) of the newest and tallest condo complex on the beach, close to all the best restaurants, bars, arcades, casino ballroom, and more, front row seats to Wednesday night fireworks!

With elevator access to the 5th floor, this unit is fully handicap & wheelchair accessible with clear pathways from the parking lot up to the 5th floor to inside the condo.

Sleeps 6 with queen size beds in two bedrooms and queen size sleeper sofa in the living room. Large fully furnished kitchen, stylish living room, large ocean facing deck, beautiful view of the ocean.

Note: Strict No pet policy, Condo Association rules - no exceptions, sorry.

The perfect place

The property was so beautiful, and the view was amazing. The best location. I’ve never been to a rental where they provided so many accessories complementary. Any question I had was answered immediately by the owner. Was very impressed. Can’t wait to stay there again.

This is the only way you should experience Hampton Beach. Ive been going for a long time but never at a property like thia one. Absolutely stunning view and the property owner made sure everything was ready to go we had all our instructions and he was always available if we had any questions. I highly highly recommended!! We will be going back!

This is a great place to rent for a week in the summer, to bring your family or friends to stay in luxury in the newest condo building located right on the main strip in Hampton Beach, facing the ocean from 5 floors up and close walking distance to everything - restaurants, bars, arcades, the Hampton Beach Casino, weekly fireworks - and of course, the beach!
