Beautiful restored 130 year old Sea Captain's House on historic Music Street in the heart of West Tisbury. The home was lovingly restored to it's original splendor by the owners, keeping all the architectural details. The candlelight dining room is wonderfully cozy to entertain friends. A spacious screened-in porch allows al fresco dining, a quiet location to read the book you have been meaning to read for the last year but never had time. The bedrooms are bright and airy with shutters and ample closet space. The outdoor shower is great for when you return from the beach. There is a gas barbecue in the backyard and an area for outdoor dining. Ample parking. Sleeps 10.

English fashion photographer who discovered the magic of the Vineyard whilst on a fashion shoot in the late 70’s moved permanently to the Island 5 years later. In those days travel was so much easier for international assignments so the island was the perfect retreat from the madness of the fashion and rock and roll business. Worked for most of the great fashion designers, Vogue for many years, numerous album covers including a dozen for Carly Simon.
