Come and enjoy our Grand Escape. Plenty of room for your family and friends to stretch out and enjoy what our home and community has to offer. Our home is in a beautiful golf course community called The National at Ave Maria and is known for the most beautiful greens in Collier county.

The space
Come enjoy this new home in a beautiful golf course community with a heated saltwater pool/spa and lots of space for everyone. There are 4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, 2 living rooms and a full kitchen.

The house is equipped with lots of pool floats and toys, corn hole game, board games and puzzles, and a golf cart for an extra fee.

Perfect for families, this Ave Maria home offers an indoor/outdoor space with sliding glass doors that fully open from the living room to the lanai. Enjoy a family BBQ on the extra large outdoor table or relax on a floatie in the pool. The upstairs living area has an oversized sectional to cuddle up and watch a movie on a rainy day.

This new construction home offers an open floor plan with 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths.

Bedroom 1-King with two night stands and dresser. Also an attached bathroom with walk in shower, soaking tub and 2 vanities.

Bedroom 2-1 Queen with two night stands and a closet with hangers.

Time to relax

We were looking for a beautiful home to spend some time in to relax and have some down time. We found it! Ava Maria is a wonderful quiet town. The home was all we could ask for and more. Excellent communication with the owner. Property was clean and neat. We truly enjoyed having our own pool and golf cart. Highly recommend and look forward to another stay sometime soon!
