Each room in this luxurious 10,000 square feet villa is tastefully decorated with beautiful furniture and handicrafts imported from different regions of Mexico.

With 5 ocean-facing bedrooms, 5 full baths, and 1 half bath, Casa Nautilus offers ample space for up to 10 guests. The property also comes with a full staff, including a gourmet chef, butler, and housekeeper, to ensure a comfortable and hassle-free stay.

Guests of Casa Nautilus will have the chance to share their own little piece of paradise with sunbathing iguanas, soaring pelicans, and gliding stingrays. The villa is comprised of twin houses, Nautilus and Sirena, which are situated side-by-side and feature traditional Mexican architecture with whitewashed walls and a domed staircase.

Couples vacation

We had 5 couples, we come to PV every year. Location was great and whale watching was amazing! Plus manatees, sea turtles, and dolphins. The staff was good, could’ve been a little more attentive but we’ve been spoiled in the past by other houses. Pool temp could have been warmer as well since the outside temp was a little chilly but overall it was a great property. Food was delicious and if you leave hungry or underweight, that’s your problem!
