Property was close to what we needed to do that evening.
Easy and accessible to the interstate.
Clean and she was very communicative.
Bed was firm for me, and it is an older house but it is affordable and nice and quiet area. It had its rocking chairs outside and was overall extremely nice for the price. I'm happy to find affordable, comfortable and safe places. This was once for sure. Would definitely return if I go back to Ashville.
This is a cute property with great amenities. Even had cream in the fridge. Nice porch in a country setting with views of the city and close to everything. Bed was super comfy and host was very helpful and communicative. Would definitely stay here again.
This was the perfect cozy spot for our family to stay in Asheville. It felt like a home away from home. So many thoughtful touches—the coffee and tea and oatmeal for breakfast, the board games and children’s books, and all the local maps and guidebooks. My favorite part was the amazing view of the sunset over the mountains through the living room window! We will definitely be staying here the next time we come through Asheville. I cannot recommend this place enough!!

About the host
Hosted by Kristina Miller
My husband and I are extremely fortunate to have acquired this beautiful piece of mountainside where we live and host our vacation rental in the house next door. We are working on turning the property into a self-sustaining food forest, and we already have a stunning garden along with blueberries, raspberries, and a wild persimmon tree.
Both of us also work as musicians, playing around Asheville with Bluegrass and Country projects.
Why they chose this property
The neighborhood is peaceful, secluded, safe, and surrounded by a lush forest brimming with wildlife. You are very likely to see deer, rabbits, groundhogs, hummingbirds, and all kinds of beautiful birds.
Nothing compares to the beauty of watching the sun set over the Blue Ridge Mountains from the front yard!
