Cozy lil cabin nestled in a small rural Catskill valley on a country road. The perfect getaway:
-15 mins to Hunter Mountain
-20 mins to Wyndham
-25 mins to Belleayer
-15 mins to Phoenicia
-30 mins to Woodstock
-7 mins to West Kill Brewery
-10 min to diamond notch and Hunter Mnt. trailheads.

Property -
This cozy lil rustic-ish cabin comes with all the essentials and lots of extras. You’ll have access to the entire cabin and surrounding property:
-Very strong/reliable WiFi
-Fully stocked kitchen
-Washer/dryer
-Private bedroom with lux queen bed
-In-toilet bidet
-Modern air conditioning and heat
-Two flat screen TVs
-Electric fireplace
-Outdoor fire pit (firewood not included, but can request for an additional fee)
-2 Outdoor grills (1 propane, 1 charcoal)

While it’s the country, neighbors aren’t too far away both one right next door and across the country hwy.

Pet Policy:
We love furry friends! A $80 pet fee per pet applies (maximum 2 pets per stay) per dog, per night. Dogs under 25 lbs only permitted; we may be open to exceptions upon approval—please reach out if this applies to you.
Pet Prerequisites -
    •    Pets must be house-trained and well-behaved.
    •    Please clean up after your pets inside and l outside the home.
    •    No unattended pets on property unless crated.
Any pet caused damaged property will be subject to additional fees.

Check-out instructions

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:

Gather used towels

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights and lock the doors

Our goal is for you to ENJOY your vacation, not do a bunch of chores before you head out. We simply require the following easy steps in addition to cleaning and tidying the cabin up after your stay:

Set the split unit to 61F in colder months and 75F in warmer months. (Note: Unplug any portable heaters or fans used during your stay.)

Last thing… if have a moment before you head out and know how to empty a dehumidifier, please do so (located by the telescope in the main room); it’d be very helpful to us (thank you in advance!).

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Please keep noise and activity to a minimum after 10PM and before 7AM out of respect for the neighbors.

During the winter, keep the temperature at least 61F. During summer, at minimum 75F.

Limit laundry to 2 loads per day.
